Tips for the Spring Plant Sale

Bring a wagon or cart to carry your purchases while you shop.

Have a game plan. If you’re interested in something rare or collectible, head straight for it and save the browsing for later.

Study the map. Know where to locate the plants you’re most interested in.  Click on the map below to enlarge for viewing and printing.  Be sure to set your printer to landscape in order to print the map as large as possible.

Look for colored flags that designate perennials grouped by flower color.

Take advantage of resources at the information table and our knowledgeable volunteers.

The sale area opens at 10 a.m., but the parking lot opens at 8 a.m. for hard-core shoppers who want to be first in line for the best selection.

Prefer to avoid the crush? Plenty of great plants are available later in the day when the crowd thins out (although some items do sell out early).

To avoid delays at check-out, make sure each plant has a price tag.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, personal checks, and cash payment accepted.

Want to shop a day early? The Members’ Plant Sale takes place Saturday, May 14. New Members may join at the door. For Membership information call (626) 405-2124.
